Kai did loft conversion for me quickly and professionally. He is providing great guidance of how to solve some issues that were not covered by architect which allows me to reduce overall cost of the built. Highly recommended.

Yet again Kai and his team have helped improve the functionality of our home. The conversion of half our garage has allowed for the creation of a multi purpose space with a downstairs toilet, utility room and office space all incorporated. As always the communication with Kai is faultless, always keeping you informed through the process and acting on any reasonable requests. We will continue to use KRM Carpentry for future work, but they have already transformed the majority of our house over the years!

Kai was great. He came in and achieved a lot in one day. He was helpful and professional. I would recommend him and use him again. Helped us get our kitchen on track for Christmas.

Dealing with Kai and his team was excellent from start to finish. It was a big job, lots of work needed…kitchen extension and a double side extension, but he always communicated everything and planned everything with me. Honest, straight talking and always kept me up to date with materials, schedule’s and who would be over to do what and when. I had no issues with workmanship, all the guys were professional and helpful. If I needed to check on something Kai would always answer the phone or if not ring me straight back. Excellent work all round, defo use again.
